Where it started

A century of stories worth telling.

K9 dogs that have served to protect our freedom go back as far as World War I, and their stories are extraordinary. From the trenches of that first war to modern counter-terrorism operations, these dogs have trained, served, and stood beside their handlers through the worst of it — and their heroics, and eventual retirement, deserve to be remembered.

American K9 Heroes was founded by a team of veteran toy industry professionals with more than 30 years of combined experience, brought together by one goal: to honor military war dogs, police dogs, and every freedom-protecting canine with a tribute worthy of their record.

With your donation, we design and produce professionally packaged, 6-inch plush replicas of individual K9 heroes — made in the USA, and built to museum-quality standards, not mass-market ones.

Every figure tells one dog's real story. And a portion of the proceeds from every sale goes directly to the organizations that care for K9 heroes once their service ends.
